Fresh mint tea with honey

My sweet mint plant is taking over the entire raised bed, upstaging its neighbors (basil and chives). So now I have mint tea with loads of mint leaves! I have a muddler so I muddle the leaves, but I don't know if it matters. This is delicious. Just mint leaves, boiling water, and a little bit of honey.
