Korean Soy Sauce Pickles (Jangajji)

Another super delicious pickle with just a handful of ingredients. Sarah from Ahnest Kichen recommended that this be eaten with dumplings and I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. I’m Taiwanese and we have our dumpling sauces down, you know? But I tried it anyway and it was incredible. 10/10, no notes.
