Rao's Homemade Roasted Garlic Sauce

I faithfully made Alison Roman's Caramelized Shallot Pasta for years (no shade! it's really delicious) until I discovered Rao's roasted garlic. And it's like finding Heinz ketchup or your first sip of coca cola. It's the perfect pasta sauce. If you can find it under $7 make sure you grab a couple jars.
